1. What the Service is

The Service is a software tool that simulates trading rules you define on historical cryptocurrency futures market data. It is provided for educational and research purposes only.

2. No investment advice

We are not registered with SEBI or any regulator as an investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset or to follow any strategy. Backtest results are hypothetical, rely on historical data and simplifying assumptions (fills, fees, funding, slippage, data gaps), and do not predict future results. Crypto derivatives are highly risky and you may lose all your capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their tax and legal consequences.

3. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and give a valid email. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; sharing paid accounts is not allowed.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Pro is billed monthly in advance through Razorpay at the price shown at checkout (plus GST where applicable) and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your Account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change prices with at least 7 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, scrape or resell the data or Service, overload our systems, or reverse-engineer the Service for a competing product. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Third-party data

Market data comes from third parties (e.g. Binance, CoinGecko) and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. We do not guarantee its accuracy or availability.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Pro, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at [CITY], India have exclusive jurisdiction.
